Click on "Load archives" in the Parameters WinBooks Connect.
This process is done in real time in WinBooks Classic, the user won't be
able to use WinBooks until it is done. It's is advised to start this process
when the user doesn't need WinBooks Classic (break, lunch time, when
leaving the office). The time taken to complete this step depends on
the number of documents and the speed of the Internet connection.
Please note this process consumes a lot of resources on Connect
servers and despite all our efforts to provide a reliable and fast user
experience, it can impact it. Even if Connect has been conceived to be
highly scalable, we still expect to have some adjustments to do in the
beginning.
