Lorsque vous sélectionnez un client pour lequel une facture au format électronique PEPPOL doit être envoyée, le libellé de l'en-tête de la facture est obligatoirerequis.

Cliquez ensuite sur  lorsque votre facture est terminée.


8° Suivi des factures PEPPOL envoyées

  • Non envoyée : Votre facture a bien été envoyée de WinBooks vers le réseau PEPPOL 
    1°) Not sent : Your invoice was well sent from Winbooks to the PEPPOL network but Codabox has not yet sent your invoice to the recipient.
    2°) Sent : your invcoice has well been delivered by codabox to the recipient so your recipient has well received your peppol invoice.
    3°) Failed : Your invoice was refused by PEPPOL network or by codabox due to a problem during sending of the invoice or format of XML file was not correct. In this case you should take contact with us to check what happenedPEPPOL mais Codabox n'a pas encore envoyée votre facture au destinataire.
  • Envoyée : Votre facture a bien été délivrée au destinataire par Codabox.
  • Failed : Votre facture a été refusée par le réseau PEPPOL ou par Codabox. Soit il y a eu un problème lors de l'envoi ou le format XML du fichier ne serait pas correct. Dans ce cas , veuillez nous contacter.
