Afhankelijk van de organisatie binnen het bedrijf en van de gewe=
nste analyses definieert de beheerder =C3=A9=C3=A9n of meerdere ana=
lytische plannen (of secties of zones), die elk met een bepaald ve=
rdelingscriterium overeenkomen : Afdeling, Dossier, Gewest, ...
Bij het boeken opent WinBooks een venster waarin de=
analytische uitsplitsing uitgevoerd kan worden : de factuur voor het afdru=
kken van een reclamefolder wordt op de analytische rekening van de sectie A=
fdeling geboekt; de huur van het Brusselse verkooppunt op de rekening Bruss=
el van de sectie Gewest bv.
De analytische uitsplitsing kan ook achteraf uitgevoerd=
worden, bij het raadplegen van een eerder ingevoerd boekstuk. Deze functio=
naliteit biedt meerdere mogelijkheden : uitgestelde analytische uitsplitsin=
g, wijzigen van bestaande analytische boekingen zonder hiervoor een diverse=
correctieboeking te moeten invoeren, aanmaken van een nieuw analytisch pla=
n in de loop van het boekjaar met mogelijkheid om op alle reeds ingevoerde =
boekstukken terug te komen om achteraf de analytische uitsplitsing op dit p=
lan uit te voeren.
U kan tot negen analytische plannen aanmaken, met voor el=
k plan een onbeperkt aantal waarden (analytische rekeningen). Elke boeking kan resulteren in =C3=A9=C3=A9n of meerdere analytische bo=
ekingen, op =C3=A9=C3=A9n of meerdere plannen.
Het defini=C3=ABren van de algemene rekeningen waarvoor een analytische bo=
eking ingevoerd dient te worden kan per klasse of subklasse gedaan worden. =
Aan elke rekening waarvoor een analytische boeking vereist is, kan een default analytische boeking toegekend worden.
Als de kosten en opbrengsten uitgesplitst zijn, kunnen ze d.m.v. de verschillende analytische lijsten (historieken, balansen, ...) g=
eanalyseerd worden in functie van hun oorsprong, hun rechtvaardiging of hun=
bestemming binnen het bedrijf, ...
En voor diegene die het wensen, maakt de module Office API een koppeling met de=
spreadsheet Excel. Deze module biedt de mogelijkheid om de analytische lij=
sten in Excel te exporteren of zelfs om de analytische gegevens in een voor=
gedefinieerde Excel-spreadsheet op te nemen en eigen rapporten te genereren=
