As soon as you type in what you are looking for, Service Desk will automatically suggest matching documentations to help you solve your request.

No articles or help forms matching your request? No problem, just click on

  • "None of these are what I need" at the bottom of the screen to fill in a request to our support agents.
  • "Documentations for dealers" in the banner to access the entire documentation.

As easy as 1-2-3

Keep it simple approach: time is money, we don't want you to spend a lot of time filling in your requests. 

Follow up your requests ... or those of your coworkers

At any time you can access your current or past requests. Moreover you never have to worry anymore about holidays or sick leaves, your coworkers always have access to your requests.
If you want to keep things private, just switch to "Private request" during the request creation.

Give us a feedback

If you are satisfied with the provided answer, don't hesitate to leave a small comment and close the issue at the same time. If your issue still needs work from us, just reply to it and we'll look into it.

Resolved issues without feedback from you will be automatically closed after 5 working days. A notification is sent to let you know your issue has been closed.

"Not permitted" in Confluence search engine for Service Desk customers

When you are in the Documentation for dealers : 

and you try using the Live Search by entering a keyword and hitting Enter, customers without Confluence license/access will get a Not Permitted message.



This is a known problem at Atlassian. Despite the fact that this bug is beyond WinBooks' control, the company can provide necessary licenses to solve the problem.

The licenses will be provided FOR FREE under the following conditions :

  • the user belongs to a company recognised as a WinBooks Silver or Gold partner
  • the user passed his certification for this documentation part

If those conditions are not fulfilled, a user can request an access to the Confluence technical documentation. This request will be charged 120 €/year to the user.
